"0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though."

"Valle Fresco Ecolodge is amazing! Place was so well maintained and exceeded my expectations. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Rooms were so clean and had everything you needed, including the best coffee. Meals were better here than most restaurants in town. The owner was very attentive and communicated well with us. I highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back."

"The place is amazing clean beautiful rooms the pool was dirty when we got there but they quickly cleaned it water was good temperature crystal clean. The jacuzzi was warm but the thrusters did not function.also if you're going with children make sure to take an i pad because there was no internet."
