"Das Zelt war sauber und voll in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt davor. Die Duschen waren relativ sauber und zental. Mit dem Bus kommt man für 1,50 € nach Venedig. Die Busfahrt dauert circa 25min. Im Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen."

"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"We were pleasantly surprised that this room was actually a 2 bathroom apartment! Vanessa and the other woman who greeted us (cannot remember her name) were so friendly and helpful. "Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. "My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. "Éramos 4 y la verdad es que lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El hotel estaba muy cerca de Rialto y habían dos paradas de Vaporeto, con lo cual estaba super bien comunicado. "We were very lucky & able to check in early since our room was ready. The man at the front desk was great& his English was easy to understand. Our room had a canal view which was awesome to watch the Gondeliers set up. For check out day the front arranged a water taxi to the train station and he was prompt. It was a plus yo be able to have them pull up to the hotel. The breakfast was huge too & the bar very reasonable. "

"The hotel staff are wonderful, the location is perfect. But I cannot ignore the fact that when we first walked in the bedroom we had mosquitos everywhere, i had to buy bug spray to kill them all. Lastly, im not sure if this happens in other hotels in Venice but the water pressure was horrible and it took a long time to heat up the water. "
