"Exceptional!. It's a very beautiful hotel. It has beautiful gardens and a huge swimming pool. The view to the ocean is breathtaking. It's clean and quiet. Rooms spacious and have comfortable beds. "The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. "What incredible service from the staff at reception especially Gonçalos to rooms, pools, spa, luggage handlers, buggy drivers, spa receptionist, poolside bar service and the sunset bar place
We celebrated my daughters'birthdays and it was made special
Cooked breakfast in the ocean suites most days -all the utensils were perfect
Even did a load of laundry helped I bought a few pods with me
Zest had a tasty breakfast
Would go stay at the ocean suite again

"The staff were excellent and very accommodating as we were a big group. We were impressed with the facilities and it was perfect for a large family gathering of all ages. Despite it being July, it was busy but we did not have to wait as it was well staffed and a large space. A little noisy outside at times as there were groups going to the nightspot (Strip)"

"Hotel absolument superbe sur un site d'une grande beauté. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la courtoisie qui y règne. L'hôtel est au bord d'une falaise donc il faut marcher et descendre des marches pour accéder à la plage, aidés pour partie d'un ascenseur. Les chambres sont superbes, et le restaurant de poissons délicieux. Il est facile de se rendre à Albufeira, ville très animée le soir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel luxueux."
