The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning."

"The hotel is well maintained and I was pleased that the room I stayed in was true to size. Hotel amenities are great, and you can find local bars, eateries, and a supermarket less than 15 mins walk from the hotel. Old town is a 10-15 min drive away. The walking bridge to Falesia beach was super convenient and I was very pleased with how easy the route was to access the beach. I was slightly disappointed and shocked by the lack of female sanitary products available in and around the hotel....

It’s very clean, well-decorated, and modern throughout — I’m honestly not sure where some of the other negative comments online were coming from, as our experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite and genuinely helpful the whole stay. Breakfast had a great selection to suit all needs. We didn’t try the evening meal so can’t comment on that, but everything else more than made up for it. We used the spa and the treatments were excellent...

"The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. "Super close to the action, all night party place just up the road yet super close to the beach . Beds and linens not super comfortable. But location is great"

"The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink. Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…) The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed. "Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. Selena and the other host at the breakfast buffet were so kind and greeted us each day with a big smile and genuine hospitality we’ll never forget. She hosts in 2 of the restaurants and beyond the food being outstanding, we looked forward to...
