The lounge and dining room was spacious and well decorated with comfortable furniture. Outside deck with comfy seating. The food was good and tea was served. "It is like staying in a museum, in a good way. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The location opposite the beach, ignoring the flyover and the road, was great. Restaurant serves alcohol and bar area is attractive. Really quaint. Swimming pool looked dirty when we arrived but was immaculate by the next morning."

"OMG what a wonderful trip/adventure. The boat cruised around the back waters for about 4 hours. First before we cruised they served us a wonderful lunch. Then while cruising we stopped at a fish market to buy us whatever we wanted to eat for dinner. I bought 6 giant prawns that they cooked up for me in addition to the other chicken dish we had for dinner. Delish!! Vacation time well spent."

"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."
