"We enjoyed Backwater Resort very much. We stayed 1 evening before an overnight houseboat trip. We enjoyed the resort so much we returned for another day just relaxing. The staff are all super accommodating and everyone greets you in passing. 5 star service. The rooms are done very well with real wood furnishing. It is isolated from the city but so quiet and relaxing. Finally, great lake views."

"We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. "Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."
