"I read a number of the negative reviews (after I had booked) and arrived at the hotel with anticipation of being disappointed. I am glad to say we had a lovely stay. "This place is a nightmare that only looks nice from the outside. There is always one single person at the front desk, which of course will lead to long lines especially during peak travel season. We had to wait a while to check in, and when we got to the room we realized that the coffee machine wasn't working properly (water came out instead of coffee). When we called reception to ask for help instead of offering assistance they kept asking us if we had turned the machine on correctly. Then...

"Very handy for the airport if you have an early flight or late arrival. Within easy walking distance. Not a characterful hotel, more a commuting stop over but fine for that purpose. Very close to the metro stop for Porto, in fact just over the road! Very tiny downside but annoying factor is you have to buy milk if you want to make a cup of tea! No complimentary milk at this hotel! "

"Perfect for our overnight needs when catching an early morning flight. Really appreciated that they have a very reliable shuttle service that you can pre book at the hotel. At 4am you want easy and on time. They were both. Also, the restaurant at the hotel is quite good and they are very nice. Wish all airport hotels were this good."

"Aunque no es la mejor ubicación, esta relativamente cerca de dos estaciones del metro y eso ayuda mucho a moverse, El desayuno comienza a las 7:30, eran las 7:38 y aún no habrían la cortina, ademas de que en ocasiones se toman tours a otras ciudades que comienzan termprano y no se alcanza a desayunar y se pierde esa oportunidad y deja de ser atractivo el desayuno incluido.
