"I had thought I booked an ocean view room, as the pictures lead me to believe, but when I got there they said it was a city view room and wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm. Cesar at the front counter sprang into action and switched it to an ocean view available immediately! At last I could relax! The condo was clean, spacious and up on the 31st floor (75 floors in the building). At checkout, I asked for a late checkout and was told no that another guest was checking in.
