Agat

"when we checked in the hotel, my room was not cleaned up, at all. and room for my friend was not clean also... front staff are frindly almost of people but a old lady was not... such a few disappointed staff make us bad impression. facilities are very old... and not beautiful. but just to sleep at the hotel, it's no problem. from downtown, it's very far... without taxi, we could not do anything. in future, if we have chance to visit Guam, we will not chose the hotel."

"The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. The only downside if this hotel is the distance from the lobby to the different towers. It's quite a walk but is really not something that should keep you from booking here. There is a garage...

"Enjoyed the place. Central to all my meetings."

"There’s NO breakfast included. Expedia should remove that filter. But so many groceries store & Donki near by to buy food. Very convenient to go to the airport too. Totally recommended for some convenience. Also near the beach but have to walk about 30 mins."

"Close to all places we chose to shop and conduct business. For very basic long stay we chose this place due to kitchen. I personally expected more cooking utensils but we adapted and bought what we needed. Office gave us extra pillows in which I recommend to request. This is an older facility run by courteous older folks. If you decide to stay here dont expect a five star experience or facility. All that said knowing what to expect we will probably stay here again and be better prepared"
