Nice clean room and excellent staff. It would have been nice if coffee was in the room. You had to ask for pods at the front desk. They did have free coffee in the lobby, but you had to be reasonably presentable to go down in the morning. Not always an option.

Beautiful room. Very clean, they had classical music playing softly on a vintage radio when I came in the room and it smelled amazing. The bathtub was lovely but there wasn’t really any soap to use with it. I showered and once already inside realized there was no shower gel in the bottle but there was shampoo and conditioner. Front desk had a bit of a wait and seemed understaffed but the gent with the long brown hair who seemed to be running the desk was great.

"Check in was at 4 pm, the room wasn’t ready until 4:45. We had a 6 year old and two three year olds. We were offered any consolations. At the low end, drink vouchers at the least. Also the pool and other amenities were additional fees. That wasn’t clear in the booking description ."
