Lovely staff, great breakfast and overall excellent value. A lot of space for parking but you should only go here if you travel by car. If you do so, this is a fabtastic hotel for a very reasonable price

This hotel is beautiful. Great balcony room. The front desk staff are super helpful. The dinning room young lady was AMAZING - she's a 10. The hotel is an industrial area in a one road town. So the area was NOT great. But we came for F1 and it was easy to get to track. And we had limited options cause busy time. I like this hotel the room was big and comfortable and clean

Its like hotel has 2 faces.

My first impression of hotel was perfect because the staffs picked me up from train station and helped me too much. These staffs were workers on afternoon and night. But in morning everything changed, staffs were so rude, never smiled in reception and also in breakfast room. Because of that i felt the hotel has two faces and didn't like second one.

The rooms needs to be renovated. The toilet had a crack, the controlpad of the air condition ist so old, that it is nearly Impossible to push the buttons. The ac itself did work, after I claimed that it did not. The fridge in the room is so loud, that it is hard to sleep. And you can hear every whisper of your neigbors. There is a weird smell in the lobby. The bed in the room and the breakfast was good. The cutlery could use an upgrade. But that is a nice to have. The hotel itself is close to supermarkets, gas stations,... I really liked the free parking. Since Ozzano does not have restaurants it would be nice, if the hotel provides Dinner, too.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We ended up staying a second night. As a result of this stay, we made a point to stay in another PHI later in our trip. The staff was great and went above and beyond.

Best hotel this trip

This was by far the best hotel for comfort, cleanliness, value than any of the other hotels in which I stayed in this trip to Italy. I stayed in about 5. The breakfast was superb, the rooms clean and the price was less than the other hotels too. Just outside the city which made it quite and a great place to stay.

Terrible hotel

Terrible hotel - no aircon , rooms were 27 o C even with open windows at night , noisy everywhere as the walls were not good with no noise reduction , could hear everything in next room. Had to call security 3 x first night then couldnt sleep with the heat and the noise so checked out first morning and was refused a refund despite psying for 2 rooms for 5 nights - they said the aircon was off because of the law - we booked another hotel 30 mins away and aircon worked fine - they were just saving money -

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Eine guter Stop nahe Bologna und auf dem Weg in den Süden Italiens. Gut erreichbar an der Autobahn aber auch der Landstraße. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben dieses Hotel gleich nochmals für den Rückweg gebucht.

schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt begann mit einem schnellen Check-In durch eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin und endete nach einem Frühstück mit großem abwechslungsreichen Buffet und frisch zubereiteten Capuccino und Espresso in einem schönen Frühstücksraum. Klar, das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung und der Checkout genauso schnell und die Mitarbeiterin wieder sehr freundlich. Bei unserem nächsten Stop in der Gegend werden wir wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist für geschäftliche Zwecke geeignet und bietet ganz wenige Möglichkeiten für Paare oder Gäste. Frühstück war allerdings nur gut und die Personal waren freundlich. Expedia hat falsches Bild verkauft.
