"Only some of the staff were helpful (young lady at the concierge desk was great). Loud (DRUNK) teenagers were allowed to run amok without a word being said to them - even when they were cursing at us for asking them politely to lower their voices. Besides that, the bathroom in our room had water issues and was moldy. (If you do a search on YouTube you’ll see my full review.) Never again!"

"This is a tough review to write, because the staff was so lovely and helpful. That being said, there was an absolutely disgusting amount of seaweed coming the beach and ocean. You could not go to the beach and you could not swim in the ocean.... being that this is marketed as a beach resort, we were very disappointed when we arrived to learn we could not go on the beach or in the ocean... Seems like they easily could have sent an email or let us know the status of the beach prior to arrival, or...

"The stay at Princess was beautiful for a peaceful and quiet time. The office staff was also very attentive and made sure our stay was good. We loved that breakfast was delivered to the room. The staff was great except for when we checked out and asked for assistance with our bags because there was no elevators for that side of our room. There was an employee that they referred to as Gabriel and he was absolutely horrible when helping us with our bags and driving to the office for us to check...

"Upon arriving early around 12:15pm or so to check-in, we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 3:00pm. We then were told to go get lunch and sightsee and leave our luggage in their luggage room that doesn’t have Camera surveillance inside the 2 back rooms this day and age where the luggage is stored. It has only 1 Surveillance Camera outside the entrance of the room but the door for the room is constantly open and all staff has access. We came back at 3:00pm to check-in and our room was...
