"My Sonesta Maho vacation was amazing! From the check-in to the actual 6 night stay to the check-out, no issues or complaints. Our room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the gym was sufficient for my use and I had a great time using the pool daily. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit this resort. "

"Room was clean, didn't realize all the rooms are suites, perfect view of the bay every morning. Food at all four restaurants excellent. Staff was amazing especially each time I needed a cab."

"The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. The food is okay. Now let’s get into the rooms the shower heads are horrible the water smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the room. The water has irritated my skin. "Overall, the property is outdated and the showers have mold. The walls also leak and have holes in them. The staff members are friendly and do the best they can, but the management is either rarely present or unable to resolve the issues we experienced with our room. I wouldn't recommend any one stay here. "
