Air condition is not good，it looks like it's running but didn't cool down，I have to open the window which is cooler than that inside the room. I can hear the lould sound of water draining inside the pipeline all the time from the roof，including sleep time. Room is small，television hang on the ceiling on walkway，my son hit his head several times already.

Ampoule de lampe de chevet cassée : pas d'ampoule de rechange. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas ! 26º dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Même pas de café "frais" ! Tout ça dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ! La réceptionniste plutôt sympa mais demunie pour régler les problèmes. Autant vous dire que nous n'y retournerons pas !

La habitación está bien, amplia, limpia, camas grandes y confortables. Baño amplio y armario separado en vestidor. Como aspecto negativo, no nos advirtieron de la forma de oscurecer las ventanas y la primera mañana nos despertó la luz del día.. deberían indicar que el sistema es un panel corredizo oculto en la pared. También encontramos hormigas en el baño y la habitación.
