"My husband and I stayed @ Pala for our 24th anniversary. The staff was all great! From Front Reception to the Restaurants we ate at ( Pala Cafe and Noodles) and Impulse shop. Great food, great environment. Loved the live band NuVibz. The Spa is closed for renovation so I only gave the 3 stars for amenities."
"It's the time of year that the vineyard is bare of it leaves. Nobody's fault, just nature.
The only thing I can complain about was that the air conditioner made noise all night long.
The rest of everything was very good."
"Resort is centrally located to the wineries in Temecula Valley. Our king room was large with a sitting and dining area. You can request a microwave for an additional fee. We had a nice view of the vineyards. Our traveling companions had a better view to the east with morning sun and view of the mountains. The pool and hot tub area was nice with a breakfast and lunch grill. We had an issue with housekeeping not coming one day, but after calling the front desk, they brought some coffee, toilet paper and fresh towels to our room."
"Pros: conveniently located, free parking, friendly staff.
Cons: You get what you pay for, however, we paid nearly $200/night to sleep in a filthy & uncomfortable room. Upon arrival, we immediately asked for new bed sheets because the ones we had were used & dirty (there was dirt on the bed sheets, stains on the sheets and hair all over the bed & pillows as if housekeeping just made the bed instead of changing the linen), the mattress itself had a foul odor making it unbearable to sleep well, although we got new bedding they were still stained & dirty :(
we had to air the room out for hours because it reeked of cigarette smoke despite having a non-smoking room, we didn’t feel comfortable showering because of how dirty the bathtub was plus we didn’t have clean towels either because the ones we had were also used & not replaced. By the time we realized the towels were also dirty, it had been past midnight. We ended up leaving a few hours after that because it was an overall nightmare. The singular shampoo container in the bathroom was empty & all we had was a single bar of hand soap from the hotel. No breakfast. Our coffee maker in-room was also dirty so we couldn’t have that either. There were bandaids & tape on the curtains to cover holes. No amenities aside from a dirty pool. The hotel was fully booked due to an event, so we couldn’t get a different room. Would never stay here again. "

8/10 Good
"The front desk were all very friendly, the slot machine workers were terrible. Not friendly at all, I was finally able to get help after sitting there for thirty min just watching them talk
To eachother before the Janitor finally got them
For me, then they acted annoyed that they had to help. Once they gave me my ticket I realized it didn’t have printing on it like it ran out of ink, I waved them down for
Help and one of them gave me a thumbs up and kept walking it was so rude. Another lady came over and helped after seeing th call light. The pool was really cool
But hours are not great. Make sure if you want to swim you get there early ask the pool
Closed at 6 also no swim up bar tender, was disappointinf"
