"Overall we have a great time when we come here. I’m not sure what had happened last time we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Not so easy with a car full of food because we were not wanting to leave the property after arriving. Not being able to settle in to are rooms was not so great and having to wait in a long line also . I’m sure everyone was doing their best but rooms should be ready for guests to arrive. Check out time should have been accommodated . Also make sure to bring kitchen supplies if you’re planning to use the kitchen. Also bring your own towels and wash if necessary because they might not give you more. They do not clean your room while you’re staying there either so also plan to pick up after yourself and take out your trash."

"Our stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn was brief but very enjoyable. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night while attending a wedding, so we didn't have the opportunity to fully explore the property and take in all the beautiful surroundings. That said, our experience was excellent from start to finish. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed brunch on the property the following morning, which was a wonderful way to end our visit. Although our time there was short, we left with a very positive impression and would love to return in the future to experience more of what Ponte Vineyard Inn has to offer."

"When I booked the photos showed a modern room, modern shower/faucets. When I checked into the room it was an outdated room, bathroom severely outdated with 4” square tiles throughout, old, rusted and stained sink and shower/tub fixtures, moldy silicone at the tub/floor base, and dark stained shower grout. I requested to be moved into a room to match what I paid for and expected and was told I’d be put in an upgraded room with a view. Let me tell you…as nice as the view was the view wasn’t worth it- the hotel is literally an old house and all rooms were bedrooms at one time so they are very very small. The floors are creaky and you can literally hear anyone and everyone through the bedroom door, walking the hall and staircase. The walls and door are paper thin. Someone rolled their luggage down the hall and banged each step on the staircase as they dragged it down and woke us. It was loud. If you’re looking for some adult time with your significant other, this isn’t the place unless you’re ok with everyone hearing so much as a simple conversation through your door and walls. If I were to stay again I’d try the Casita or a Suite, simply because they seem more private, newer, etc."
