"The wifi was down, couldn’t use our data in the room because (almost no service). Its not a necessity but really nice to be able to plan the next day or call the kids at home. The room is really basic, a bit run down but for the price it was ok. The cleaning lady left our door wide open 2 days in a row after cleaning. You can hear everything from other rooms. The location was hard to find but still good location."

"Best riad I have ever stayed in my whole morocco trip. Room is clean and well organized. Our flight was early morning next day and staff booked a taxi for me which arrived on time very happy for that. Staff made extra effort in the morning since we’re going to miss our breakfast they prepared us small bags for each person which contains drinks, yoghurt and local snacks. I am very satisfied with my stay at this property."

"When I entered I was served the traditional mint tea with a snack of dates and walnuts. It was the perfect refresher after travelling in by train. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. The only drawback was it was a little bit noisy at night. Nothing to do with the staff or Riad just the general noise. Using my headphones did the trick though"

"A lo mejor no agarré un buen precio pero se me hizo muy caro por lo que es. Nos quedamos en otros Riad mucho más bonitos con un cuarto mucho más grande y comodo."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The place was very clean. We found out that Riad is a place but the staff(Ibrahim) makes it a Palace. He was very attentive and helpful with anything you ask. He is a master in his trade. He offered the map application and added all the right attractions. Giving excellent tips about when to visit to to avoid delays. Excellent local food spots. We would definitely stay there again."

"An absolutely amazing and luxurious stay at Riad Wow! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They arranged private transportation to and from the airport, printed maps and recommendations to help us explore Marrakech, and even allowed us to return after checkout to change before heading out. Their hospitality and willingness to accommodate every request truly stood out. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the restaurant and upstairs area...

"Staff are very nice Nice and clean place Not so many options for breakfast or restaurant but the location is great"

"Amazing experience, my first vacation in Marrakech and my Riad was great! Staff were kind helpful. Thank you !"

"Oasis in the medina. Beautiful serene Riad away from the wonderful madness of the medina. Really spacious room with super comfortable bed."

"So glad we chose Riad MARRAPLACE! Very clean room. Lots of little comforts like robes and a tea kettle in the room. Highly attentive staff. Laundry service and airport shuttle available. Everything just super easy and never put the staff out. Wonderful breakfast and of course the location. Would stay again!"

"Beautiful, spotless and serene in the heart of Marrakesh"

"This Riad is nice but compared to other Riads we have stayed it is more expensive and the breakfast more simple and no pool. The Riad is very clean and the people are nice. The beds are ok but not great, value for money is medium."

"Très bon déjeuner! La chambre était propre et confortable, une chance car nous avons été malades et nous sommes restés à la chambre toute la journée. L’endroit est super bien situé, dans la place Jamaa el-Fna. La place était tranquille, pas de bruits dans la nuit. Le personnel était très serviable. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour"
