The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. I called the front desk and they came and cleaned it immediately! The front desk lady was very kind and quick to respond.

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
I was upgraded to a larger room and had a very nice time here over five days. Centrally located, clean, great ambience. Loved seeing that it is dog-friendly.
