A dated hotel, but amenities are sufficient. Generally clean, but around the edges (bed skirt) could be cleaner/replaced. Pillows were terrible, but the beds were clean and comfy enough. Pool was fun for the kids, but again, the pool deck could be cleaned more often and could use some tlc.

Hi, I feel parking was really stressful as well as no water bottles provided during the stay. The view was not better as we were promised and the receptionist did not even make an effort to accomodate us. I had called prior that will be reaching premises by around 11pm and we had the lowest floor alloted to us. Not a good experience overall.

What a cozy place to stay! We felt at home. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was kept clean. It is great for families like us! The room was warm and cozy, clean and the layout is great. The hotel offers breakfast but we never tried. They also have a hot beverage station which was a huge hot, especially hot chocolate before heading out for winter fun activities! Parking was very convenient. Never tried the pool, but we saw a lot of people go to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

The room was very clean. We really appreciated the many lamps in the room, giving us good lighting to see and read. The staff were very courteous and professional. We had to change room from the 9th floor because of an annoying continuous low 60 Hz hum from some electrical equipment - probably on the roof.
