Cartier Place Suite Hotel

Lord Elgin Hotel
Put us in a. Room right beside a room under renovations, how thought of the hotel. If it wasn’t the on going construction it was the street noise. Terrible place, looks like a strip club and/ or casino. Staff unhelpful and rude
