"Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."

"This was the third time we have stayed at 315 Euro and having stayed in the full range of accommodation available. We have been really impressed with the cleanliness, lovely comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great location right in town, surrounded by a variety of food choices and shopping but still set back from the noise. Highly recommend 💜"

"Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level "

"Great value for money in this motel, we stay here every time we need to spend a night in Dunedin and it works perfectly as it's affordable + has a kitchen so we can also save on the food front. Ample rooms and everything works, no luxuries but also nothing is in a state of disrepair or anything like that. The owners are lovely people too!"
