"I always stay here when I’m in Dunedin. Spacious, clean rooms and the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The rooms are always cozy and warm on arrival during winter and the bed is comfy. Excellent places to eat within walking distance too. The only thing I wish would be that they turn the outside lights off as I like a dark room and the light comes in about the drapes….in saying that I still love staying here."

"The Motel was very well maintained and absolutely spotless. I have a minor grouch, I wish they would update their website, as they advertise that they do Continental Breakfast but they now do not do that. Apart from that it was perfect."

Close to various food /takeaway options and within reasonable walking distance of the hospital if you have someone who is there (like i did). Can also walk to town centre as well …which saves on trying to find a park …took me about 15 -20 minutes."

"We stayed in a family suite with kitchen and 2 bedrooms, and it was very spacious, and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a little dated but everything worked, was clean, and was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!"
