"I think the room we stayed was below the house where the owners of the accommodation live. The room and shared space look good and the shower was enjoyable. There's no parking available on the driveway, parking is further down the hill on the street."

"Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again."

"Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."

"We stayed here for one night when we came down for the Otago University open day. The property was in walking distance of Otago university & te mall. Room was tidy & had the required amenities. Since ours was a downstairs unit, there was some noise due to people walking in the upstairs unit. The noise itself wasn't too disruptive. The owner was a cheerful & friendly old person with a smile on his face."
