"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Our family has such a fantastic time! The Owners are incredibly kind and hospitable, the property is very clean, and it is a good distance from Lourdes and the surrounding area. The homemade French breakfast was also a highlight for us!! We would absolutely stay here again!!"

"This is my 3rd booking time in this hotel. I like the cleaness, the care for their guests and it is also closer to the train station just 3 min walking not bad if you have baggages with you....not need to wait for a bus to bring you there. Just few minutes walking from the Saintuaire but if you want easy take the city bus that travels every 15m.happy to go there"

"Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Great value for money. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel as I was meeting friends. Great location for all areas of Lourdes. Staff are so obliging and helpful, will do anything they can to help. For some, may think some rooms need refurbishment, but comfort, cleanliness, staff and location are the most important things to me. Would throughly recommed this hotel."
