Breakfast was great. But rooms were not climate controlled. It was hot and the parking lot was noisy bellow with the windows open. It was hard to reach room service, restaurant menu was not great at all. Fridge was not cold at all. And there was noisy construction starting super early in the AM right by my room. Also it was expensive to take the bus here, shuttle Not included.

The hotel itself was lovely. The staff were nice too, however both nights that we stayed, the bar was unavailable. They closed early, just as we arrived on the first evening and then weren't open the second day at all. We visited the restaurant on the first evening, waited to be ask for our order, then we were told there was only burger and salad left. We complained and advised that we wanted steak, the waiter went away and come back and offered the steak - not sure why as the restaurant was open for nearly an hour and a half past when we arrived. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel, but make sure you have alternative plans for dinner and drinks as the amenities may not be available. We weren't told about this when we booked, or in advance.

The room itself was OK and basic with the advantage of a bathroom that looked like it was newly renovated. The downsides were the hotel shuttle bus gave rude service and the hotel lobby was chaotic and crowded for check in . The walk to our hotel room was very long and uncomfortable for my limited mobility. The entrance to the hotel was not available from our shuttle bus and required a long walk, lugging heavy bags. We also thought that the buffet breakfast was overpriced and gave no simpler less expensive option. I would not recommend this hotel.

One thing to note: the shuttle to the airport is not offered by the hotel, but is a "shared" service with stops at multiple other hotels - the trip to the airport can take longer than expected and the bus might be very packed (e.g. first run in the morning).

Excellent breakfast!! Even made a sandwich to take along! Comfy beds and bedding, and scrumptious bath products. No a/c, but that’s Europe for you! Overall a delightful stay. (We took a cab from the airport, and the bus back—not the vy bus which costs a bit more than the regular one.)

We travelled June 25-29. It was hot! The room doesn’t have air conditioning. We were given a fan and instructed to open the window, but we need a key to wide open it. I have to complain at 1am feeling suffocated with the heat of the room, that’s only time the receptionist came to our room to use the key to open the window wider. Other than that frustration, all other experience in this hotel is amazing!

Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel , friendly staffs , good room size and free water/coffee/tea offered in the lobby. Staffs offered to pack out small breakfast for us after knowing that we have early morning flight and won’t be able to have breakfast in the restaurant The only improvement is that I wish I knew shuttle bus costs 80 Nok per person in advance and only runs every 30 mins

There is a convenient bus going from the airport to this hotel, making it a good option for travellers arriving late/leaving early. There are self check in kiosks that are quick and easy to use if no one is at the desk, as was our case when we arrived. While our room was mostly in good condition, there was a used dental floss pick on the floor of the room when we arrived, which is kinda gross. It also was very warm in the room, as there was no AC. Good price at least.

Great hotel near Oslo Airport. Newly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast, free tea and coffee available in the lobby as well as kettle in room. The local bus stops two minutes from the hotel for a fraction of the price of the airport shuttle.

Just stayed here one night before an early flight but the staff put together breakfast packages because we couldn't take advantage of the included breakfast. VY airport shuttle picks up and drops off right at the front doors, so nice and easy access to the airport.

Currently under renovation. The burning smell from construction work was unpleasant. Being on the top floor with mini windows when it was warm was also unpleasant. Asked prior to booking breakfast if there were vegan options. Wound up eating roasted potato and fruit. None of the bread was labeled and while 3/4 granola/meusli were vegan there was no vegan milk alternative, just vegan coffee creamer. Definitely not a 400kr breakfast. Could have (would have) taken a shuttle to downtown Oslo and gotten coffee, fruit, and boller and still had money left over.
