"1st room so small couldn’t put the suitcase down and open. Upgraded room to larger unit. 1st larger unit the TV was not working. Had to pack up and move to 2nd larger unit . In that unit the heat did not work and the staff said they were alone and could not help. This is Norway and room is uncomfortably ..."
