"Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Oslo en is prima met het OV bereikbaar. Een half uurtje met de trein vanaf het vliegveld en je staat in het centraal station, op 100 m van het hotel. De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voorafgaand aan ons vertrek richting Oslo werden we geïnformeerd dat er een staking was, waardoor het restaurant niet open was. "Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

"I was a bit surprised by the location. The whole Oslo felt safe to walk around, but not the area near by this hotel. Once inside, the hotel is clean. The room is well maintained although it’s not well lit. The bed is a bit small ; the kitchen doesn’t have a microwave."

"Stained sheets and towels, bathroom door with zero privacy, cramped room where you can't even properly open kitchen drawers, shower that has no hot water pressure. They've put limiters on both the hot water and soap dispensers so you don't use "too much" of it. "Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"
