"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."

"Don’t be drawn in by the low prices. Very disappointing experience. The room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was stained, and I found a few hairs on the bed. The cleanliness was disappointing and made it difficult to feel comfortable. It was also very noisy, with people coming and going at all hours, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Although the price was low, the savings weren’t worth the experience."

"Room so small nowhere to put suitcase. Had to step over it to get to bathroom. Bed was horrible. Not only hard but had hard lumps that pushed into your body. Wood board separated the head section of 2 beds put together. Ridiculous for couples and very bad for anyone who turns in sleep.
This hotel is NOT near the airport! We were told we would have to take a cab to the train station and then a train to the airport. Being “close” to the airport was the only reason I chose this hotel.
