No one was at hotel to check us in. We contacted cheaptickets, spoke to 3 different people. Unable to check in . Had to stsy at differt hotel. Despite this situation, cheaptickets refused to help us find a new hotel. They told us we must wait 72 hours. We asked what about tonight? They said sorry, your on your own. Will not use cheaptickets again. You lost a 20 year customer

Avevamo prenotato un monolocale con letto matrimoniale e singolo, al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la stanza non fosse più disponibile e ci hanno rifilato un altro appartamento più piccolo, scontrandoci una minima quota. Al momento, essendo tarda sera e vista la cortesia del signore dell’accoglienza, abbiamo accettato. In realtà l’appartamento era maleodorante e non funzionava lo scarico del water a causa di problemi strutturali. Dopo una lamentela il titolare ha cercato di tamponare il problema, ma lo sgradevole odore è rimasto. L’appartamento di base era pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi. Dalle informazioni di Expedia sembrava ci fosse una piscina, che in realtà era chiusa, a detta del titolare, causa Covid

Abbiamo prenotato il giorno stesso dell'arrivo. Al momento del check-in ci hanno comunicato che l'appartamento prenotato non era disponibile e ce ne hanno assegnato un altro differente. Non due camere da letto e sala al piano, ma una camera, sala ed un soppalco con scala a chiocciola, ben difficile da utilizzare con due bambini (7 e 3 anni). Ci siamo comunque adattati. Balcone molto spazioso, con doccia esterna. Difetti, a parte avere l'appartamento più scomodo rispetto a quello prenotato, la presenza di un unico armadio per 4 persona posto nella camera da letto, e la mancanza di appoggi per le valigie, non svuotabili per mancnaz adi spazio per riporre i vestiti, comodini piccoli, e la mancanza di un minimo di dotazione per la cucina quali sale, olio, o anche alcune cialde per la macchina del caffè. Apprezzata l'attenzione per la frutta all'arrivo e ottimi gli elettrodomestici a disposizione.

Ich habe gerade 6 Tage im Rahmen eines Urlaubs mit Schwerpunkt auf Wandern und Strand in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es handelte sich hierbei nicht um das Haupthaus in der Via Mare sondern um ein Objekt in der Via Caravaggio (2. Stock). Positiv: Basics vorhanden Genug Platz Grundsätzlich sauber Negativ: Sehr karg eingerichtet, Wohnzimmer hat den Charme einer Garage Bedrückendes Raumgefühl im Wohnzimmer durch das Einziehen einer zusätzlichen Schlafgalerie und entsprechenden Tragenbalken plus Treppe WLAN ohne Funktion (Es war dem Vermieter erst schwer begreiflich zu machen, dass das Internet tatsächlich nicht geht und ihm in der dann noch verbleibenden Zeit nicht möglich, dieses zu reparieren) Nonstop Hundegebell aus dem Garten/Hof durch zwei Hunde einer im Erdgeschoss lebenden italienischen Familie. Täglich ca. ab 7 Uhr, das heißt nichts für Langschläfer 😉 Ziemlich abseits vom Schuss, gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum und zum Strand nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Hatte trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, da ich praktisch die ganze Zeit unterwegs war, um die wunderschöne Natur und das gute Essen zu genießen. Aber von dieser Unterkunft kann ich leider nur abraten. Vielleicht bin ich auch zu verwöhnt von meinen sonstigen Unterkünften rund um die Welt, aber für mich definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Nous sommes très déçues .... Nous avions choisi l.appartement en rapport aux photos qui ne correspondent pas du tout au site sur lequel on nous a logé ... très éloigné de la réception .... nous n.avions pas de piscine .... l.appartement était bien, et la personne qui nous a accueilli a essayé de comprendre notre mécontentement .... C’est une première pour nous avec EXPÉDIA ... quelle désillusion !!!! Soyez plus précis dans vos descriptifs

Serviceteam sehr nett, ganz nah zum Zentrum, Restaurants und Strand. Man merkt, dass es zu einem Hotel gehört(Strandtücher/liegen vorhanden.) Im Appartement ist alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Zur Straßenseite ist es etwas lauter, wegen Durchfahrtsverkehr. Sonst sehr ruhig & sauber.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, am Ortsrand und mit Auto auch in Strandnähe. Ärgerlich war für uns, dass wir 5 Tage vor Anreise eingeteilt bekamen der Pool wäre kaputt. Inzwischen haben wir erfahren, dass er bereits seit September geschlossen ist. Der Pool war einer der Hauptgründe, weshalb wir die unterkunft gebucht hatten und eine so kurzfristige Absage verhinderte eine Umbuchung. Dieser Umgang ist nicht in Ordnung. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein kostenloses Frühstück im ca. 5 autominuten entfernten Hotel angeboten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber es konnte den fehlenden Pool natürlich nicht ersetzen.

Leider war der Pool defekt. Hierüber wurden wir im Vorfeld informiert. Zudem mussten wir, da unser gebuchtes Appartement bei der Anreise nicht frei war eine Nacht in einem anderen Appartement übernachten. Der Umzug verlief reibungslos. Die Klimaanlage im Appartement war sehr schwach.

Das Ferienhaus ausserhalb von Orosei ist sehr schön, gepflegt und ruhig zwischen Olivenbäumen gelegen. Ein Auto (oder anderes Fahrzeug) ist notwendig aufgrund der Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand und in der Stadt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da wir mit einem Apartment in Orosei gerechnet haben. Bis auf die hellhörigen Zwischenwände zu den beiden angrenzenden Ferienwohnungen und den Moskitos (Mitte Juni) war alles perfekt. Für die Schlussreinigung wird vor Ort eine Pauschale von 35 Euro erhoben. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

Pool has been shut since September after a tragic accident - a child passed away in the pool due to a missing filter cover. This is still under investigation according to local news, hence pool is closed. The owner waits until a 2 or 3 days before you are due to arrive and phones to say the pool is broken, offering a 10% discount. This is dishonest as he knows by this point alternative accommodation is hard to find. If I had known soon after booking that it was closed, I would have cancelled. The owner knows this is likely  which must be why he is doing this. Even with 10% discount, the price with no pool isn't competitive and there are much nicer apartments without a pool available. We moved to alternative accommodation after 4 nights. There just wasn't a nice feel to the place. I guess the staff are still traumatised/affected by the accident which is understandable. Further to the somewhat dishonest conduct of the owner, other issues were that it is on a much busier road than I realised, main road to beach so people driving at speed until late at night. Probably ok at the back of the building but we were at the front and it was noisy. It's also opposite an ugly hardware shop so not a particularly nice view. The balcony design is such that kids can climb the railing. Pros Apartment was clean, lots of towels which was nice. Looks like the but close up not well finished. Check in was easy and a nice gift of cake and wine. We were at the via del mare location.

Nice apartment on the road side noisy but interesting. No cleaner for a week did not realise not a serviced apartment. Made sure we b ooked apartment with pool. This was empty and surrounded by a wooden fence should have been available from May.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage zur Stadt sowie zum Meer. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge wie Wanderungen, Klettern oder einfach Mal einen Strandtag. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein Frühstück ist bei den Ferienwohnungen zubuchbar. Hierfür muss man in das Hotel was ca. 2km entfernt ist. Alles in allem kann ich die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gut auf Sardinien

Anfangs gab es ein gewisses Durcheinander - der Hotelname kommt öfter in Orosei vor. Ließ sich aufklären und danach war alles OK. Eine wirklich gute Unterkunft!

we were allocated Residence Loc. Piricone which had a private garden and was set away from Orosei in a very quite area which was great as we had young children. the hotel were responsive to any questions and problems that we had. however it is worth checking which of the three locations you will be allocated as if we hadn't hired a car we would have found it very difficult to travel around the island because of the location of Residence Loc. Soggiorno meraviglioso

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Gli Ulivi per 4 giorni a metà settembre nel trilocale del 2 piano. L’appartamento è composto dal soggiorno con cucina, 3 camere da letto di cui una con soppalco e un terrazzo grandissimo, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del Golfo di Orosei e il personale è gentilissimo. Tutto perfetto!!!

Schöner Garten, privater abgetrennter Bereich!! Olivenbäume wo man hinschaut... Platz genug war für 4 Leute da... Gasherd war toll... Klima vorhanden in beiden Zimmern Konnten aber wegen „nicht mögen einer Klima“ sie nicht nutzen und daher wahnsinnig geschwitzt die Nacht.. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kamen viele Mücken rein, meine Freundin wurde regelrecht zerstochen... Betten waren ok, aber nicht sehr bequem..... Mülleimerkonstellation, dass man wegen jeder Kleinigkeit raus gehen muss war ein bisschen merkwürdig... Alles im allem eine wunderschöne Zeit hier!!!

Das Apartment war einwandfrei, alles vorhanden und sauber. Auch die Ansprechpartner waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Durch die Nähe zum Fluss hatte es viele Mücken, weshalb ein Moskitonetz hilfreich gewesen wäre, Moskitospray half aber auch. Als Badeurlaub und für Selbstversorger auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert, durch die vielen flachen Strände auch für Kinder.

Le gérant parle très bien anglais et à été très arrangeant pour nous changer l'appartement qui ne comportait pas piscine. Beaux appartements très bien équipés barbecues gazinieres intérieure et extérieur avec jardin et un sallon de jardin ! Le grand luxe

Stor ferielejlighed med fantastisk terrasse.

Lejligheden ligger i byen Orosei, som viste sig at være et rigtig godt udgangspunkt for at gå på opdagelse på strande, grotter og byer på det østlige Sardinien. Lejligheden var større en forventet med 3 værelser og kombineret stue/køkken. Der er en rigtig stor terrasse med både sofahjørne og spisebord - perfekt! Hertil havde bygningen en fin tilknyttet pool med god plads i vandet og på liggestolene. Personalet var hjælpsomt ved tjeck-in (også selvom vi var forsinkede i forhold til det aftalte) - og der var endda en velkomstgave.

5 day stay In Orosei

We stayed in a private apartment away from the main hotel so it did not have a pool but the hotel dropped us off two bicycles so we cycled to the hotel through the lovely town and then we cycled from the hotel to the beach. It was very nice as we were away from other tourists and children and the area was very quiet. We also had more around us as the town was 10 minutes away. Lovely beach and boat trip to the most beautiful beaches and caves. People are very friendly although English is not widely spoken so you may need to try to learn the basics. I managed as I speak a little Spanish. No menus in English. So if this bothers you I would not go to Sardinia! I will be going back as it is a little paradise !
