"When we checked in Miss Shelly at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She was great with my young son. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately moved us to a new room and were apologetic. Breakfast was decent enough and we went both mornings we were there. Close by to family fun activities, restaurants, and the beach. We feel we got what we paid for with this hotel."

"Had a great stay"

"Room was great, clean and spacious great oceanfront view !"

"El personal del frente súper súper grosero no son agradable Destaco solo el del frente Nunca resibi mi bebida gratis .. el costo del hotel es súper carro"

"No water bottle at bedside"

"Everything was really nice especially the staff."

"Very helpful staff and clean rooms"

"When paying $400/night for a room you have a certain expectation and this did not meet that. There was rust in the shower, the bed was not comfortable and very squeaky. The “Balcony” lol about 10” of air between the slider and the rail. The view however did not disappoint. It was better than the pictures. The pillows were very nice as well. The staff was all very professional and friendly and all of the common areas that I saw/used were very clean. The room was just not what it should’ve been."

"Great service. Nice rooms. Nice pool. Direct access to the beach. They upgraded me and accommodated me with a late check out. I highly recommend."
