Room was great. Unfortunately at check-in, not so great. The gal behind the desk was not very friendly (I think she was distracted). This is important because after being on the road for several hours, you want to see a friendly, happy, person. Having said that, the morning staff was very friendly and outgoing. It more than made up for the check-in experience. As I said at the beginning, the room was great, clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I could make is buy the taller toilets!! It was so low to the ground we had trouble standing up again :-)
