"No air conditioning in the room! Morning staff was rude, but overnight was welcoming. We got in around 3:30 a.m. due to a flight delay and by the time we realized the air was not going to work we were too exhausted to deal with it, 2 kids were passed out but mom and dad got no sleep because it was so uncomfortable. Told the front desk in the morning and just said oh, sorry."
