"Enjoyed our 1-night stay for a Day at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Bobby was such a great support—greeting us and helping with bags. Stephen was very awesome and knowledgeable! Stephen drove us to the Courts and back with our bags and even offered to provide more support during our stay. If they represent the customer service at Sheraton Vistana, book us again!!!!"

"I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store. They offer a buffet breakfast (for a fee) until 10:30 am. Parking is $10 per night. The "amenities" I scored a 3 were a very soft mattress and a TV remote that did not line up with the guide channels. There were things I wanted to watch and could not. I let it go. I was able to get a wake up call, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying there again when I am in the area. I'd like to try out the pool and buffet breakfast buffet. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Cypress Harbour Villas! The accommodations were beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt modern yet cozy, and it really made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. One of the highlights was the variety of pools around the property. Each one was well-maintained and offered a different vibe, whether you wanted something lively or a more peaceful spot to unwind. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even better. The cleanliness of the entire property really stood out. From the villas themselves to the common areas and grounds, everything was spotless and clearly well cared for. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, which made a big difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!"

"The hotel was very clean. However, there was a weird chemical smell in our room. Also, when we asked where we could eat, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know, even though we could have ordered pizza right there in the hotel and there was an Outback Steakhouse right across the parking lot. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars."
