"Concierge services were terrible. The restaurant service was horrible."

"We were told the pool was open until 9 and kids were so excited to try out the pool and after they put their feet in the water for a mihute, we were told the pool was closed and were given wrong information. The kicker was there were no clean pool towels and the worker said they ran out at 4pm (5 hours earlier). So we had upset and cold kids."

"The pool was nice. The lazy river was a hit with both kids and adults alike. The rooms are very dated. Torn carpet. Older feeling mattress. Staff was very nice though."

"Room is small and outdated but clean and in good working order. Its close to a lot of the theme parks. Breakfast is always busy but theres always plenty and plenty of space."

"Great place to stay if you want the Disney perks but don't need the Disney resort vibe. Breakfast is good, happy hour is great. You do have to plan your day. The busses do not run like the resorts do. This will be my good to hotel for future trips. "
