The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando
The room and hotel amenities are great, but the customer services is not good. Hotel is expensive so you would expect excellent customer service, however most of the staff is rude.

At arrival the check in line was long and they do not swipe my card for incidentals nor asked for one. The next morning when I turned the TV on it had another persons name on it and I received an email cancellation.
