The Best of All was the host, Signora María. She is All love and kindness. The Hotel is at the first flor of a 19th century Palazzo Carta Corrías. All the ceilings are decorated and paited. You fell like you have been transported in time but with All the modern facilities. Also, you open your valcony and you are looking directly at Piazza Eleonora, the Main plaza in oristano.

The property was hard to find and not well indicated and super over priced for what it is. Should be 80 USD if that. Entrance hall had a pervasive odor. It's not really a hotel but rather a kind of air BNB. I would just look for somewhere else to stay. No breakfast facilities and was given coupons to go down the street for coffee.

Lovely building and room in center of town. We had to pay for parking because the piazza where we could park with hotels permit was full until 10:30 pm. We had booked for two nights The owner told us before arriving we might have trouble with streets in center of city as an event would be happening. However only after checking in did the owner tell us that the event was a orchestral performance from 9:30 pm till after midnight next evening in front ( right in front) of our first story room. It would have been lovely a block away but now everyone was setting up stage, equipment etc for a major performance. As early sleepers we decided to leave the next morning It would have been nice to know about the performance before the 24 hour cancellation so we did not have to pay for a room we did not use because we could not go to sleep We felt the owner was less the upfront about the performance and should have refunded a nights fee. We had to book another room to sleep that night.

We loved this place

We loved this place, such a beautiful location, wonderful rooms, and a bar and restaurant in an enclosed courtyard just outside. From our welcome to departure (8 nights) we were made to feel at home. Highly recommended.

Un ancien palais avec tout ce qui va avec : chambre immense très haute de plafond avec un escalier en colimaçon pour accéder à la salle de bains 3m plus haut. Elegant place to stay

This was an elegant hotel located in the main piazza of Oristano, with easy access to many interesting places to see in the area. The ceilings are amazingly high! The spiral staircase to the second floor bathroom was visually interesting albeit quite a climb! With all the extra space in the spacious room, a sofa to complement the narrow chairs would be a nice bonus for relaxing and for tv viewing. Minibar charges were reasonable, but it tea bags could be offered for free. Free parking nearby was a plus. The staff was most gracious.

Great place!

Great Breakfast. Helpful service. Very unique place with a lot of character. More like a B&B than a hotel. Lots of events in the square out front as well. Parking is easy so long as before 4:30pm...after that cars pour into the area to shop. So try and wrap up day trips by then and then chill and have dinner in town.

Historic Hotel classical interior

This Hotel was a beautiful building in the middle of Oristano ,overlooking a square where traffic was not allowed. The downside was that the hotel did not have exclusive parking, although they gave you a parking permit for the road opposite, which was generally full when the shops were open. If you like historic buildings this is the hotel for you however do not expect mod cons. Breakfast was ok but had a limited choice for UK travellers as their was plenty of cake,s nice at teatime but not first thing in a morning as the Europeans enjoy.

Unique Hotel, Wonderful Experience.

The hotel is in a traditional 19th century palace, lovely decorated with antique furniture. All details are really lovely. We were at honeymoon and they gave us a full bottle of champagne, everybody was extremely polite, warm and knowledgeable. The location is in the Piazza Eleonora d'Arborea which is wonderful, like a dream. All rooms are unique, with valuable furniture and delicate details. And last but not least, the price was extremely reasonable for such a high quality hotel. It is really a great and unique hotel, an experience that you would not like to miss!!! Highly recommendable!!

The staff were great and it was a very good location,but we were disappointed with our room(Dimora),but it could not be changed.
