"Very basic, hard bed"

"For the price paid at almost 250 a night, our room was very small, and the room smelt weird, almost musty. The water in the bath and shower came out rusty and brown at the beginning. Found it odd that a voucher was needed for the complimentary breakfast and we were not allowed to leave the dining area with any food or drinks. They only had one bagel toaster for an entire dining room and was rather crammed. The bar and grill is also now closed permanently which was disappointing. Positives of this stay- most of the staff were very friendly and attentive, and it was clean. The room we were in was quite noise proof which was nice. Just very outdated. Overall I don’t think we would stay again unfortunately for the price paid."

"We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We dined at Cliffside for breakfast and the experience was lovely. Our server Neil was very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious!! All of the dining staff were very lovely to interact with. We are looking forward to coming back to play some golf!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff throughout the property were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to the breakfast restaurant employees, who were very welcoming, hardworking, and provided excellent service. Their warm smiles and attention to detail made breakfast a great way to start the day. The hospitality of the entire team made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future."
