"Michael was a great host...helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The bedroom and ensuite were spotlessly clean. There was a small common sitting area in the upstairs hall for reading, chatting or just enjoying the view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A buffet of many selections, plus an additional cooked to order item from the menu was available. We walked about 3-4 blocks to pubs and restaurants downtown. The grocery store was only a block away. "Excellent location! Several pubs, restaurants, and shops literally outside the door. I read lots of previous reviews from others complaining about the noise at night, but it did not bother us and wasn’t extreme. If you want a quiet place with no noise, you shouldn’t be staying in the heart of this entertainment district/neighborhood in the first place. "Super cute, city center 10 min walk, 5 parking spots available no fees. Breakfast very good, lots of choice 13€. Coffee and tea in the room. Towels, shampoo and shower gel included. Bathroom little but enough space to move. Thank you so much! We had a great stay, thank you for your hospitality and your help with our car:) we appreciate it so much. Would recommend it for sure.
