No staff around like at all especially at night so if you don’t know how to mobile check-in, I highly don’t recommend staying here if you’re not good at technology to even get checked in."

"It’s not at terminal 3. It’s falsely advertised! BEWARE, you will have to take a bus from terminal 3 that runs every half an hour only. We arrived later at night and it was a ghost town, no sign about the hotel at all, we were wondering around dead tired when finally a worker came around and told us about the bus. We didn’t feel safe at all to go so we had to go back to terminal one and rent a room in one of the hotels there (that actually is connected to the airport). It coast us a lot of money and on top of it when I complained to Intercity Hotel, they said sorry but kept our money which is highly unacceptable since they falsely claimed that the hotel is at terminal 3. "
