"View from Pacific View 1 suite was great. Room was clean with great amenities. Contactless entry worked well. Parking is extra at $25NZ per night about 3 blocks away with reasonable front of building drop off point. Had a few questions and Cody the property manager answered reasonably quickly. Used the laundry space as well and room had free detergent. Was able to save credit card fees by wiring payment in advance. "

"Second time have stayed at Shoreline and will come and stay again when next in Napier. Had stayed in another beachfront Motel prior to Shoreline which was more expensive however Shoreline had a bigger outdoor balcony which you could comfortably sit on and chill out without feeling cramped in. Also the receptionist was super friendly."
