For instance, there was no one at reception when I arrived as the one man was busy doing something else essential and we had to wait too long between starter and main course because the same one man had to serve the entire full restaurant on his own."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the B&B. I got an apartment attached to the main body of the B&B, with a private garden and cozy interiors. I liked the tiles in the bathroom very much. The kind host was really helpful addressing a couple of minor issues and made me feel at home. The only downside is that it is located outside of the city center and you would need a Uber/Taxi to go to restaurants or reach to the train station. Highly recommended for business trips."

"De kamer stonk, dit kwam van de vloerbedekking. Receptie is niet te bereiken, personeel was moeilijk te vinden in het hotel. Ontbijt was niet om 7 uur, expliciet gevraagd of we om kwart voor 8 konden ontbijten, er werd ja gezegd maar om 8 uur stond nog niet alles klaar. "

"Hotel is a lovely. Parking onsite so handy. On site restaurant excellent with a good choice of menu. Rooms are well sized and bathrooms large. Buffet breakfast delicious from continental to cooked. Staff friendly and their spoken English was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re travelling in Belgium."

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. "Cachet de Cire is een fijne plek om et overnachten. Er zijn drie kamers. IK had een schone, grote kamer met alle faciliteiten. Het ontbijt is met ingrediënten naar eigen keuze klaargemaakt en erg smaakvol. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en voorkomend. Deze b&b ligt 10 minuten lopen van het centrum en vlakbij het station, waar ook tegen laag tarief kan worden geparkeerd."
