"I recently stayed for 5 nights at SO/Bangkok and had a fantastic overall experience. The views from the room overlooking Lumphini Park and the city skyline were absolutely stunning — waking up to that every day was a highlight of the trip. The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and incredible views that make it hard to leave. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that set a perfect tone for the day. A special mention goes to the staff, especially at the Club Lounge. The service there was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make the stay feel special and comfortable. That said, one area that could use improvement is the condition of the rooms. While still comfortable, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear that you wouldn’t quite expect from a 5-star hotel. With a bit more maintenance and upkeep, the experience could easily match the high standard set by the service and facilities. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its views, service, and amenities, and I would happily return."

"This property is nice but a bit far from major attractions. We did run into some flooding from our shower and they fixed it right away. As an apology, they gave us dehydrated strawberries and a lovely note. The hotel was clean and the rooftop patio was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel."

"Fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything from every detail is so well-thought-out. Child friendly plus adult friendly it’s just amazing. The pool and jacuzzi area is world class. Biggest and nicest jacuzzi area and the view from the perfect temperature pool is phenomenal. Best hotel! "

"Made the mistake of booking this hotel. Congratulations to thier marketing team who make the hotel look great online. Booked a king double. Room was old, dirty & very small. Also has a weird stench. Upon arriving back after a night out at 2315 we knocked of our feet by the smell of marijuana. We reported to the hotel and we were moved to a different room near the front on the 6th floor. We were given a bigger room that was looking very tired. No smell... Just the music from the clubs outside. Shower terrible. Hot and cold. Can't understand why this hotel has good reviews. Should have paid better money and booked a decent hotel. Avoid this place."

"Muy buena ubicacion, central para moverse en metro, las piezas son pequeñas, pero el suficiente espacio para un hotel en donde vas a estar poco tiempo ya que princpalmente recorresla ciudad durante dia. A nosotros se nos perdio la maleta y el personal fue muy amable en ayudarnos."
