Awful experience getting up to it, even as a hotel guest. No queue jump, no priority over non hotel guests. Gaining access involves staggered multiple queues and lifts. It’s painfully slow even at 10pm when low peak! Staff were frankly border line rude in the bar itself, with one queue solely to take your order and money and then another queue to collect your drinks. It lacks atmosphere, vibe and service. It’s simple an observation (flat deck space) for social media posers to take endless selfies. "

"Why we had to pay for handicap facilities in our room #25-07? Most 5-stars hotels we had stayed in overseas usually have such facilities provided free if we had requested for them during reservations. It doesn’t cost much to provide such facilities to cater to senior travellers if IHG welcomes retirees who would need them. What is the privilege of having IHG if basic handicap facilities are not provided to senior travellers?"
