The reception staff, the doorman's smooth movements, and the efficiency of the staff were all very considerate. The wood used for the flooring in the room felt nice, so I wanted to ask what kind of wood it was.

This is a great property. The staff is extremely professional, the rooms are very nice and clean and the pool is exceptional. Definitely go to the breakfast buffet. I think it is the best I have ever been to. Definitely a 5 start hotel.
