"Hidden gem about 2km from the the ski slopes of Piancavallo but it's worth the drive. The decor and vibe is amazing with a beautiful spa, gourmet restaurant and friendly staff. I've stayed twice and they remembered me from the year before. In my opinion it's the only place to stay in Piancavallo or Aviano area."

"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. AC was not responding, land lines were down, and contact telephone number were no longer in service/reachable. Feeling uneasy with situation, we decided to leave the hotel only to find a car stopped half in the road with headlights on and no one in it."
