"This hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly and always greeted us when coming and going. Highly recommend getting premier rooms as they come with breakfast every morning, fresh flowers in lobby, wonderful fragrance, security doors to rooms and a beautiful lounge with free bottled water and tea. It was a nice quiet place for our group to meet before going out for the day.
The buffet L’ETOILE in the hotel was all 8 of our favorite restaurants to eat at this hotel. There are 2 places to have your included breakfast, L’ETOILE is the best.
Room size was adequate and all amenities were excellent. My husband and I LOVED the toilet and the fact that the ventilation worked VERY WELL. Let’s just say you never have to wait for the air to clear before the next person uses it, but I think that may happen at all hotels because it certainly was the case at the public ones too. Metro station is only a few blocks from hotel and Imperial Palace was also walking distance away IF you enjoy walking less than a mile.
