Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. "I would describe the Hotel as functional but dated. It has a good health club, a bar and restaurant and the rooms have what you need. Except aircon which in this current heatwave was sorely missed. My side of the building had the afternoon sun beating down on it and because the curtains were not drawn it was like walking into an oven and it stayed like this all night. "The room was a little dated and there was a lot of dust, the bathroom was tired and the sealing around the taps was black there was no cold water it was nearly as warm as the hot tap so not very nice for brushing your teeth"

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade.
