"Loved staying here. The guy who showed me round couldn't have been any kinder or more interested in telling me about the room. A full guided tour. The room I stayed in was a really great size, bathroom was great and the bed was comfy. The location was fantastic also.

"Blue Piano is a wonderful place to stay in Birmingham and I would personally recommend it to anybody who is considering a trip to Birmingham! The staff are hospitable, accomodating and kind! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return."

"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. "Nous avons adoré ce pub. Nous y avons pris un verre, nous y avons diné, nous y avons logé pour une nuit. Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un large choix de formules. L'accueil était royal, notre hôte s'est montrée très accueillante et aux petits soins. Enfin, Ledbury est un très joli village so british. Nous y retournerons probablement !"
