"The hotel was nice for our 2 day stay, they decorated the room nice for our honeymoon. Decent location, I would say the breakfast included with the club sky is pretty marginal though, quite random for the small Buffett and ordered entrees were just okay."

"I cannot say enough amazing things about Avani+ Riverside Bangkok! We stayed October 11–13 while celebrating my girlfriend’s 40th birthday, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I genuinely wish I had gotten everyone’s names because so many deserve individual recognition. From the bell staff who welcomed us, to the front desk team who assisted with check-in, to the incredible housekeeping staff, every interaction was filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Traveling as a group of six, we never once felt like any request was too much. Whatever we needed, the staff made sure we were accommodated, always with a smile. They truly made my girlfriend’s birthday feel special! The hotel is beautiful, and the complimentary boat shuttle made visiting the mall incredibly convenient. I’ve traveled to many places around the world, and the hospitality here ranks among the very best. What impressed me most was the consistency across EVERY department. To the entire team working October 11–13, THANK YOU! Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.
