"The hotel was nice but the only reason we booked it was because of balcony views. When we checked in they told us they could not unlock the sliding glass doors for us to use the balcony! What really?!! Cause I specifically purchased 4 rooms to be able to look over the river. Beware when booking at this hotel. They shouldn’t advertise the balcony as a selling point if you aren’t allowed to use it. "

"Large breakfast buffet. Nice neighborhood but far from the metro stations or trains, nice pool. The AC pushes out too much cold but eh, that's not complaint. The staff was amazing and super welcoming. Highly recomanded!"
