There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

"This was a beautiful property and the suite we had was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the washroom shower drain flooded and they did not fix this in time. The shower experience was not great, and the room was not cleaned when asked. They refused my request for a late checkout but one gentleman was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to check out later. This staff saved the review or I would have it 1/2 stars."

"On this visit I was placed in a room with French doors that opened onto a balcony with cocktail table and a scenic view. Just as before the room, staff, a/c, and WiFi were all ideal. Hotel Univers is a hidden gem just outside of Old Town."

"We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well."

"Hotel molto grazioso, in posizione strategica, in ristrutturazione. La nostra stanza infatti era nuovissima, attrezzata, pulitissima. Persino con la macchina Nespresso. Nel corridoi erano invece presenti mobili vecchi e attrezzi, e l’ascensore era rotto, ma ciò nn ci ha particolarmente disturbato; forse per questo motivo il prezzo era inferiore allo standard. Buona colazione ma poco organizzata ( una sola persona in servizio!)"
