"We often stay in Oceanside, and i booked the stay at the hotel oceanside, in which we left quickly after the first night. Wildly bad night, loud, kids running in halls, laundry going all night, extremely loud traffic, terrible beds and pillows! Now at THIS Motel 6, it was such a great stay, staff are great, front desk lady was too nice. Rooms were spotless with great bedding and pillows!! They even brought me a room fan to help me sleep!! This place is different because they care and they show...

Amalfi Cucina Restaurant next door excellent fine dining. We celebrated a late Christmas dinner with family there. The downstairs dockside restaurant was easy to run over to for lunch or take out. "This was our first time here and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. The room was spacious and the ocean view was really nice. The bathroom was clean as was the rest of the room. Loved the king bed with fresh sheets and big pillows. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs. The beach is right across the street although access is down a ways. Would definitely recommend. "

"The hot tub and pool are always a hit during travel and we were able to catch some good days between storms. The room was clean and spacious, and the fresh air from the patio was a nice change from hotel air. The cable is always weird in San Diego because there are so many commercials and infomercials. The breakfast was a little strange because of the setup. The buffet is like any other continental brekky you could get for free at other hotels and equally regular in taste and options. You might...
